1. IntroductionWelcome to Bansal Classes Wakad (“Bansal Classes Wakad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).Bansal Classes Wakad is an educational coaching and classes provider operating from Shop No. 02 Floor, Dew Dale Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd, Gat Number 174, Wakad, Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra, Pune – 411057.These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, website, communication channels, student-support systems, messaging services, registration facilities, educational services, and other offerings provided by Bansal Classes Wakad.By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a course or class, communicating with us through WhatsApp, RCS, telephone, email, SMS, or other supported channels, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.If you are a student who has not attained the age of majority, these Terms should be accepted and acted upon by your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.These Terms are intended to establish clear expectations concerning our educational services, communications, payments, student responsibilities, use of messaging platforms, intellectual property, privacy, and other aspects of our relationship with users.

2. DefinitionsFor purposes of these Terms:“Bansal Classes Wakad”, “Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the educational classes/coaching establishment operating under the name Bansal Classes Wakad.“User,” “you,” or “your” means any person accessing our website, contacting us, making an enquiry, registering for a course, purchasing a service, or otherwise interacting with Bansal Classes Wakad.“Student” means an individual enrolled in or attending an educational program, course, class, batch, workshop, test, or other educational service.“Parent/Guardian” means a parent or legally authorised guardian acting on behalf of a student where applicable.“Services” means educational classes, coaching, academic guidance, study materials, assessments, counselling, enquiry handling, student communication, notifications, and related services offered by Bansal Classes Wakad.“Website” means any website, landing page, web application, student portal, or digital property operated or authorised by Bansal Classes Wakad.“Messaging Services” means WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, email, telephone, or other communication channels used by Bansal Classes Wakad.“Third-Party Platforms” means platforms and infrastructure operated by third parties, including Meta/WhatsApp, Google/RCS providers, telecom operators, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other service providers.

3. Acceptance of TermsBy using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional policies or instructions published by Bansal Classes Wakad.If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the relevant Services.Where registration, payment, enrolment, or consent is completed on behalf of a student, the person completing the process represents that they have appropriate authority to do so.Certain services may have additional terms relating to course duration, fees, refund arrangements, attendance, examinations, batches, or specific programs. Where such additional terms apply, they should be read together with these Terms.In case of an unavoidable conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement issued for a particular service, the specific agreement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

4. Description of ServicesBansal Classes Wakad provides educational and coaching-related services according to the courses and programs made available by the Institute.Services may include: classroom coaching; academic guidance; doubt-solving; tests and assessments; study materials; educational updates; admission and course enquiries; parent/student communication; class schedules and reminders; examination-related notifications; fee-related communications; educational announcements; and other related services introduced by the Institute.The exact availability, duration, curriculum, batch timings, faculty, teaching format, study material, and other characteristics may vary according to the particular course or batch.Bansal Classes Wakad may modify, reschedule, discontinue, or update portions of its Services where reasonably necessary due to academic requirements, faculty availability, operational considerations, holidays, examinations, technical issues, or other legitimate circumstances.

5. EligibilityUsers must provide accurate information while interacting with Bansal Classes Wakad.Where the Services are intended for students below the age of majority, the Institute may require involvement, confirmation, or consent from a parent or legal guardian.Users must not provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorised information.Bansal Classes Wakad reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate access to a Service where information supplied by a user is materially inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable requirements.

6. Account RegistrationCertain Services may require registration.When registering, users may be asked to provide information such as: name; student information; parent/guardian information; mobile number; email address; educational information; course or batch details; and other information reasonably necessary to provide the Service.Users are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate and current.If an account, login credential, OTP, password, or other authentication mechanism is provided, it must not knowingly be shared with unauthorised persons.Bansal Classes Wakad may use verification mechanisms to confirm the identity or contact information associated with an account.

7. User ResponsibilitiesUsers agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly.You must not: provide false information; impersonate another person; misuse another student’s account; interfere with the operation of the website or digital services; attempt unauthorised access to systems; upload malicious code; copy or commercially exploit Institute materials without permission; use communication channels to harass staff or other users; interfere with classes or educational activities; misuse study materials; or use the Services for an unlawful purpose.Students are expected to follow reasonable classroom, examination, attendance, discipline, and academic instructions communicated by Bansal Classes Wakad.

8. Payment & Billing TermsWhere a Service involves fees, the applicable course fee, payment schedule, taxes, discounts, instalments, and other financial terms will be communicated to the student or parent/guardian before or during enrolment.Payments must be made through payment methods authorised by Bansal Classes Wakad.A payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that a student has been admitted to a particular batch unless admission/enrolment has been separately confirmed by the Institute.Users must not attempt fraudulent chargebacks, payment manipulation, unauthorised payment reversals, or other dishonest payment practices.Where applicable, refunds, cancellations, transfers, or adjustments will be handled according to the specific course or enrolment policy communicated by Bansal Classes Wakad.

9. Subscription Renewal & TerminationWhere Bansal Classes Wakad offers any recurring, subscription-based, or periodic Service, the applicable renewal conditions will be communicated before subscription or renewal.A subscription will not automatically be assumed to continue indefinitely unless the relevant service expressly provides for recurring renewal.Bansal Classes Wakad may suspend or terminate Services for legitimate reasons, including: non-payment; material violation of these Terms; misuse of Institute resources; fraudulent activity; unlawful conduct; repeated abuse of staff or students; or operational discontinuation of the relevant Service.Termination does not automatically extinguish payment obligations that became due before termination.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCSBansal Classes Wakad may use official business messaging infrastructure, including WhatsApp Business/WhatsApp Business Platform services and RCS for Business, where available and appropriate.Such channels may be used for legitimate educational and administrative communications, including: enquiry responses; admission information; class schedules; reminders; fee-related notifications; educational updates; student support; event information; and other communications relevant to the relationship between Bansal Classes Wakad and the recipient.Third-party messaging services have their own policies, technical requirements, eligibility criteria, review processes, and service limitations. Use of these channels is therefore subject to the applicable policies and requirements of those providers.For RCS, Google documentation identifies different use cases and associated business rules, and RCS messaging also includes unsubscribe mechanisms.Bansal Classes Wakad does not represent that WhatsApp, RCS, Google, Meta, a telecom operator, or another third party will approve, maintain, or guarantee a particular messaging account, sender identity, template, agent, or delivery rate.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance PolicyBansal Classes Wakad intends to send communications only for legitimate purposes and through appropriate messaging channels.Users should understand that message delivery may depend on: recipient network availability; mobile device compatibility; internet connectivity; RCS availability; WhatsApp availability; telecom operator infrastructure; third-party platform policies; account status; recipient preferences; message-template approval; technical failures; and other circumstances outside the Institute’s reasonable control.Accordingly, Bansal Classes Wakad does not guarantee that every message will be delivered, delivered immediately, or displayed exactly as originally submitted.Recipients may have the ability to opt out of certain communications. Where an applicable messaging platform provides an unsubscribe mechanism, Bansal Classes Wakad will respect valid opt-out requests for the relevant category of communication, subject to legally permitted or necessary communications.For RCS in India, Google documentation identifies STOP as the unsubscribe keyword and states that non-essential messages should not be sent after a user unsubscribes.

12. Intellectual Property RightsUnless otherwise stated, educational content created or supplied by Bansal Classes Wakad—including original notes, presentations, worksheets, question papers, study materials, website content, graphics, logos, written content, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to the Institute.Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use such materials for their intended educational purpose.Users must not reproduce, sell, redistribute, publicly upload, commercially exploit, modify, publish, or systematically copy Institute materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.The Bansal Classes Wakad name, branding, logos, and associated intellectual property may not be used in a manner suggesting unauthorised sponsorship or affiliation.

13. ConfidentialityBansal Classes Wakad may receive information from students, parents, guardians, employees, vendors, and other parties that is not intended for public disclosure.We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only for legitimate business, educational, administrative, legal, or operational purposes.Confidentiality obligations may not apply where information is already public, independently obtained, required to be disclosed by law, or necessary to protect legal rights, safety, security, or legitimate interests.

14. Disclaimer of WarrantiesBansal Classes Wakad provides educational Services with reasonable care and in accordance with the information and resources available to it.However, educational outcomes may depend on numerous factors, including student participation, attendance, preparation, previous academic background, examination conditions, individual effort, and external circumstances.Accordingly, Bansal Classes Wakad does not guarantee any particular examination score, rank, admission result, employment result, or other individual academic outcome unless expressly provided in a separate written agreement.Digital and messaging services may also experience interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party infrastructure, network issues, or circumstances beyond the Institute’s reasonable control.

15. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bansal Classes Wakad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use or inability to use a Service.This may include losses caused by third-party messaging interruptions, internet failures, device issues, telecom disruptions, unauthorised access resulting from a user’s own failure to protect credentials, or circumstances outside the Institute’s reasonable control.Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

16. IndemnificationTo the extent permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, costs, or reasonable expenses arising from the user’s: material breach of these Terms; unlawful use of the Services; infringement of third-party rights; misuse of Institute materials; fraudulent activity; or violation of applicable law.This provision does not require a user to indemnify Bansal Classes Wakad for losses caused by the Institute’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred.

17. Governing Law (India)These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.Subject to applicable mandatory legal requirements, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the relevant location in Maharashtra, India.Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer or other legally protected person from exercising rights available under applicable law before a competent authority or forum.

18. Changes to TermsBansal Classes Wakad may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Services, technology, legal requirements, business practices, or third-party platform requirements.Updated Terms may be published on the relevant website or otherwise communicated to users.The “Last Updated” date will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised.Continued use of the relevant Services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
